This is an elective subject. Students will identify the factors affecting governance in the public sector (participating in governance of local or central government), how those actors affect public governance. Key actors include: people and organisations, coalitions, their affiliated networks, press and media, business sector, organizations and associations, elected bodies. Participants also discuss core topics in public administration, including the structure of public administration, principles of management of resources in the public sector, including human and financial power. as well as the principles of efficiency and effectiveness measurement in public administration.
Students feel that the economic, political and social context and environment for public administration are changing day by day, the expectations and demands of the people are increasingly creating new pressures for change in the region. public sector. With an expected career as public policy researchers and practitioners, through this course each student will be more accountable to all relevant actors when proposing or implementing a policy. The course emphasizes the objective, fair, and responsible responsibility before the voters, the community and the country of those who research and implement policies.
