This is a compulsory subject. The course introduces the views and concepts of the rule of law; signs are identifying the rule of law; criteria for assessing the level of the rule of law; views on the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today; building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam today.
This course will help students gain the knowledge and skills of a master's degree by completing defined objectives. To accomplish the goals, students must read documents in advance, listen to lectures, practice skills and apply knowledge to analyze and solve specific problems. Knowledge and skills include:
(1) The concept, approaches to the rule of law, and the historical development of the rule of law. Develop skills in jurisprudence analysis, document analysis, argumentation, argumentation.
(2) Identification signs and criteria for assessing the level of the rule of law. Develop observation, analysis, evaluation, and comparison skills in the study of legal phenomena.
(3) Perspectives on the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam and building the rule of law in Vietnam today. Develop skills in analysis, evaluation, implementation of legal activities and processes in practice.
The subject is divided into 12 weeks of study, one session per week, each session is about 04. By combining lectures and discussion exercises throughout the year, students will have to practice many skills, divided into groups to discuss. Discuss how to organize the drafting of preliminary outlines, detailed outlines of essays in specialized law subjects.
