5. Course Objectives:

Master the principles governing the organization and operation of administrative adjudication as an effective means to oversee executive power in a rule-of-law state; understand the content and methods of exercising legal rights and obligations in administrative proceedings by agencies, organizations, and individuals during the resolution of administrative cases, thereby contributing to enhanced awareness and appropriate application of these rights and obligations; grasp the jurisdiction and procedures for resolving administrative cases and enforcing administrative judgments; and identify and develop scientific issues related to administrative procedural law.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Administrative judgment or administrative procedure is a compulsory subject in the master's program of jurisprudence, specializing in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law. The course provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge on administrative procedures to meet the requirements of building a rule of law state, with strong and effective control over the operation of the executive branch, thereby contributing to in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of people and businesses. From the theoretical and practical issues mentioned above, through the course, students understand, apply and interpret necessary for the formulation, organization, implementation and improvement of administrative procedural law; ensure the effective settlement of administrative cases and protect the lawful rights and interests of individuals and organizations against the illegal encroachment of the exercise of executive power.
