The course provides basic concepts of environmental law in the global context, international legal regulations on environmental protection, the process of formation and development of Vietnam's environmental protection law, the content of the law on environmental protection, sub-law documents providing guidelines for the implementation of the environmental protection law, regulations on handling and sanctioning violations of environmental regulations and policies in Vietnam.
