5. Course Objectives:

This course provides students with foundational knowledge about business entrepreneurship. The content is divided into four sections. Part 1 introduces the prospects of business entrepreneurship, covering topics such as the nature and importance of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurial intentions, and business opportunities. Part 2 provides knowledge related to the establishment of a business and the initiation of business activities. It includes a detailed discussion on analyzing business ideas and opportunities, legal aspects, business plans, marketing, organization, and finance. Part 3 addresses the search for and utilization of funding sources for businesses. Finally, Part 4 outlines management solutions, business development strategies, and approaches to exploring international markets for businesses.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The study of entrepreneurship and innovation has increased dramatically worldwide in recent decades and is now one of the most popular topics in top business schools. This module focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation. From an academic standpoint, entrepreneurship and innovation are complex fields with considerable definitions and scope debates. From a practical perspective, entrepreneurship involves developing new business ventures and promoting growth and innovation in existing companies. Innovation is not just about new technology but also about doing better to enhance value for customers, employees and shareholders.
