5. Course Objectives:
- Understand the basic knowledge and concepts of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology.
- Understand the operational model of an IoT system, the methods for building an IoT system, and its components.
- Understand the potential and challenges of applying IoT in practice.
- Link and grasp both theoretical knowledge and practical applications of IoT technology in fields related to Industry 4.0 and sustainable development.
- Analyze issues such as economic, social, and environmental factors when developing IoT technology, highlighting the benefits at the national and global levels, and synthesize and apply knowledge to support the development of Industry 4.0, the digital economy, and sustainable development.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course will introduce the basic knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the potentials and challenges of IoT application in practice. Students will be equipped with theoretical knowledge and practical application of IoT Technology in the fields towards Industry 4.0 and sustainable development from which students could apply the technology Internet of things in practice in different applications.
