6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This study studies the economic and legal principles of the Vietnamese competition law in comparison with the competition law of some developed countries. Knowledge of the following issues equipped with students to dig deep research:
• policy and regulation on anti-trust laws of Vietnamese competition law in comparison with EU competition and the United States law, including an anti-competitive agreement, abuse of dominance, monopoly, and economic focus.
• acts of unfair competition, compared to Chinese unhealthy anti-competitive regulations, the Eu.
• protects consumers under the law on competition, compared to the law on the protection of consumers of the United States, EU.
