This is an advanced contract law course, based on the learners' understanding of civil and commercial contract law as well as their experience in operating their work. The subject includes many different topics, designing into 02 main parts. The first part helps students to recognize the position and meaning of private law (basic relationship between rights and obligations), common law contract, principles of implementation Vietnamese law (documents and official performance). The second part helps students familiarize with the skills of editing commercial business contracts, consulting legal cases and translating commercial and business provisions into legal terms.
