This subject provides students with advanced knowledge to apply, analyze and evaluate labor law in the business environment and in relation to corporate social responsibility.
The main content of the course focuses on two parts:
Part One: Corporate Social Responsibility. The course deals with the multi-dimensional relationship between the profit-seeking strategy and/or equity value and the business environment, the social and ecological environment of the business, especially in the global context. globalization, integration and climate change today. Businesses must demonstrate economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic responsibilities in relation to stakeholders and to nature. Corporate social responsibility will be expressed specifically in different markets, in the environment, working and living conditions of employees, in local, national and international communities, as well as in a sustainable ecological environment.
Part two: Labor law applied in business activities. Students will systematize, apply, analyze and evaluate labor laws in business activities including the law on labor contracts, rights and obligations of parties in labor relations, on labor dispute settlement and strikes.
