6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This is an elective subject. consists of two parts, land law and environmental law. The first part is land law, after completing all these sections, participants have a better understanding of the legal regime for land and land use rights. The course content includes self-study and law enforcement on land ownership and State management over land, land use regimes, rights and obligations of land users, and dispute resolution. Accepting the second belt of the subject is about the legal environment. After completing the study, students have a correct awareness of the state environment in the world and in Vietnam, thereby having a correct awareness of the protected environment from the game of the State, people and businesses. Participants discussed the compatibility of Vietnamese and international laws on environmental protection and people's right to live in a clean environment.
