The subject of Law on Investment and Real Estate Business studies the basic issues:
Firstly, the legal provisions on the rights and obligations of investors, investment forms, investment security, investment dispute settlement, investment incentives and support
Second, study the regulations on investment projects in the form of public-private partnership (PPP), on business cooperation contracts; investment procedures of an investment project; regulations on investment project implementation, as well as regulations related to overseas investment activities of investors in Vietnam.
Third, the legal regulations on real estate business in Vietnam. Students will learn about the concepts and characteristics of real estate business; conditions for real estate business, the scope of investors' real estate business, forms of real estate business (trading in land use rights and trading in houses and construction works); principles applicable to investors in the sale, lease, lease purchase of houses and construction works; State management of the real estate market.
Fourth, legal knowledge on real estate service business such as business conditions, rights and obligations of the parties, principles applied in real estate brokerage, real estate management, floor real estate transactions, real estate consulting, contract regulations applied in the real estate service business in Vietnam.
Fifth, legal knowledge on commercial and social housing development in Vietnam; entities may participate in housing project development, purchase, rent, lease-purchase housing in Vietnam; legal provisions on homeownership for domestic people, overseas Vietnamese and foreigners in the Vietnamese territory.
