6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This subject consists of two parts: land law and environmental law. The first part is land law. After completing this part, participants better understand the legal regime for land and land use rights. The course content covers the theory and practice of law on land ownership and State management over land, the mode of use of different types of land, the rights and obligations of land users, and dispute settlement. Land mortgage The second part of the course is about environmental law. After completing the course, students have a correct awareness of the current state of the environment in the world and Vietnam, thereby having an accurate understanding of environmental protection from the State, people and businesses. Participants discussed the compatibility of Vietnamese and international laws on environmental protection and people's right to live in a clean environment.
