Objective 2: Knowledge of the role of law in driving institutional change, and how such change influences a nation’s development or decline.

Objective 3:Knowledge of the criteria and process for creating well-crafted legislation.
Skills in evaluating and drafting laws for the betterment of society.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This is a compulsory subject. This study discusses the role of law in promoting a developed country, by comparing the diversity of legal system, legal attitudes, attitudes of law, the process of law making in different countries. From that perspective, the subject finds out the principles of building, using the law wisely in the most effective way.
