After completing this course, students will:
Understand methods for analyzing written law; Be able to understand and analyze court judgments, including judgments from foreign courts; Acquire skills in legal research, including online research; Develop foundational skills for drafting common legal documents, writing an analytical paper, providing legal opinions on specific legal issues, or conducting academic research. These skills can be directly applied when writing essays for compulsory courses and completing the graduation thesis.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This is a compulsory subject, organized in the first semester of the first semester. It lasts eight weeks with weekly lectures. This study combines lectures on class, discussion, searching for materials on the network, drafting common legal documents, forging the writing skills of law - making, preparing the skills for writing, preparing the skills for writing in specialized law subjects as well as improving the reporting skills. The subject provides learners with sufficient knowledge to understand the legal system in a comparative vision, the knowledge and skills necessary to search, cite, lookup, analyze and analyze legal solutions.
