This course aims to equip students with in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), methods of assessing and quantifying enterprise risk and other supporting techniques. Through this, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of enterprise risk management, as well as propose effective enterprise risk management solutions.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course provides knowledge on the practical aspects of ERM including factors such as risk awareness culture, people, systems, processes and operations of the elements that make up a solid enterprise risk management framework. In addition, students also approach and solve real situations about the risk management program of some enterprise in the world. Through the knowledge and techniques learned, students can quantify risks, propose their own methods to manage enterprise risks to optimize the risk management process of an enterprise.
