Quality management has become a vital part of the growth of organizations by focusing on the effectiveness of management systems and customer satisfaction. The course provides learners with the principal knowledge of quality management, and its role in the sustainable development of organizations in general and the health care facilities in particular. Learners have the opportunity to study the method of quality management effectiveness in the organizations in Vietnam and other countries around the world. Moreover, learners have many opportunities to discuss and identify quality management issues in their organizations. Learners can share their knowledge and experiences on quality management. Thereby, the course helps learners having the ability to apply the knowledge to solve quality management problems, and orientate the implementation of an appropriate quality management system.
