5. Course Objectives:

-The course provides methods for developing human resources in sufficient quantity, quality, structure and reasonable arrangement, which is one of the challenges for managers in current health care organizations to contribute to improving the quality of medical examination, treatment and rehabilitation in the community to meet the needs of protecting, caring for and improving people's health towards the goal of fairness, efficiency and development. -The course will systematically provide knowledge and skills on human resource management, including concepts, functions of human resource management and methods for planning human resource development for a health care organization; effectively using human resources, assessing capacity, motivating, rewarding and developing human resources in health care organizations.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:
