5. Course Objectives:

Organizations today are facing an increasingly competitive and integrated environment, driven by the rapid changes in science and technology, rising demands from more discerning customers, and the growing independence and difficulty in managing workers. This has required managers to adopt modern perspectives and master skills in human behaviour management to develop sustainable organizations. The Organizational Behaviour course aims to help managers gain a better understanding of managing behaviour at the individual, group, and organizational levels, as well as the impact of individual behavior, group behaviour, and organizational behaviour in relation to productivity and work quality. The goal is to create a dynamic organization that adapts better to a changing environment and global competition.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This module discusses the theory and practice of managing people - hot topics in modern organizations - to achieve organizational goals. It also focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the prediction and control of employees' behavior on three basic levels: Individual, Team, and Organization. The module is the basis for other modules in management majors such as Business communication, Human resource management, Organization theory, Leadership, Innovation and Organizational development...

By the end of the lecture, the student will not only have an understanding of how people think and behave, but also have clear ideas of how those behaviors can be combined to build a successful organization. The students also explore how people can shape their work environment and how to lead organizations in the fast-changing conditions of the modern world. In addition to discussing theories about predicting and controlling employee behavior, the students also developed important skills of modern managers such as listening, presenting, team working, etc.
