Leadership is an activity that has existed since the formation of human society and is one of the decisive factors in the development of human society and organizations. Therefore, it always receives special attention from everyone. Especially in the context of globalization, with the explosion of knowledge, and the rapidly changing economic, cultural, and social environment, leadership has become a particularly important topic. In a highly dynamic society, leadership faces both great opportunities and enormous challenges to the existence and development of communities and organizations. To effectively harness these opportunities and adequately address the challenges for the development of communities and organizations requires strong and persuasive leadership capabilities.

This course explores research on leadership within organizations. It focuses on the theoretical and practical developments of leadership in organizations. Through discussions on humanity's insights into the development of leadership theory and practice, students are allowed to examine and evaluate different leadership theories, thereby reflecting on and applying these practices in real life to enhance leadership effectiveness. Open discussions on leadership from both theoretical and practical perspectives also help students develop essential leadership skills in the modern environment, including forming a vision, communicating the vision to members of the organization, and creating the capacity and favorable conditions to achieve the shared vision.
