Talent management is the management of one of the biggest assets of an organization. Without good human resources, businesses cannot execute strategies effectively and cannot achieve their goals. The strong fluctuations of the business environment, the fierce competition and the increasing demands of employees in the market economy have created great pressure, requiring mangers to have new perspectives, acquire new methods and master new skills in people management.
The Talent Management course serves one goal of improving the work of human resource workers in Vietnam to become even more effective. The term Talent management has appeared quite often in Vietnam recently. But it is mostly used in foreign organizations or in recruitment organizations. So why are Vietnamese organizations still not interested in this activity? That is because Vietnamese organizations have not properly identified the role of recruitment, training and development as well as retaining human resources in nowadays period, leading to the setbacks or failures in recruiting, selecting and attracting talents. This course focuses on finding, recruiting, selecting, developing and retaining high quality human resources for organizations. The Talent Management course will officially end the above issues!
