Organizational culture is an interdisciplinary social psychology discipline. This module will examine different approaches to defining organizational culture, their origins and implications for practical application in the profession of a human resource manager. Learners will learn about organizational culture structure, macro-cultural factors and their influence on organizational culture, defining culture and leadership through different stages of organizational development, building an organizational culture identity.
In addition, the module will examine different methods of cultural assessment and understanding within organizations and examine the principles, approaches and processes for managing organizational change. The contents include: tools OCAI, MSAI, framework for analyzing competitive values. Identify the role of individual change in cultural change.
The course will help learners better understand the practical application of theory through case studies, role plays and exercises.
