This course is designed to help students assess the importance of management structure and measure business processes within an organization. Students will be able to identify and develop business processes for various types of services, and design appropriate measures for reporting, evaluating, and improving the performance of these business processes.
The course covers the concepts and techniques of business process management to develop, implement, and monitor existing business processes. Topics include: the concept of business process reengineering, the stages of business process management, frameworks for business process management implementation, and creating models for business process reengineering. This course equips students with the ability to apply and solve problems by redesigning business processes through understanding when and how to apply these concepts and techniques effectively.
