It covers the full process and methodologies for designing and developing new products or service —from ideation to execution—while equipping learners with the ability to apply creative thinking, design thinking and technology strategies to tackle real-world business challenges. Additionally, the course aims to enhance essential soft skills, including teamwork, project leadership, and effective communication in the context of managing product development projects. Learners will also be guided in evaluating and applying emerging tools and technologies to optimize product development outcomes.

The aim of this course is helping students understand the process and methods of designing and developing new products from the ideation stage to execution. Apply creative thinking and technology strategy in solving challenges in business practice. Develop teamwork skills, project leadership, and effective communication in product development project management. Evaluate and apply new tools and technologies to product development to achieve the highest efficiency.
