5. Course Objectives:

This course aims to provide students with a general understanding of different energy sources, their availability, quality, and the impact they have on the environment, economy, and society in the context of sustainable development. Students will gain an overview of current energy trends, issues, and challenges, as well as develop skills in selecting and designing energy usage and technologies to address these challenges in the future for sustainable development.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The module "Sustainable Energy Management" focuses on applying energy management strategies to achieve sustainability and efficiency in using energy resources. It covers analyzing renewable energy sources such as wind power, solar power, hydrogen energy, and climate change. Students will also be trained to design and implement innovative and sustainable energy systems, and they will grasp how to integrate these systems into organizations and communities. Furthermore, the module covers resource management and sustainable development strategies to build an environmentally responsible business and social environment. Students will be encouraged to study public policy and regulations related to energy and the environment.
