This module is designed to help students apply the change, improvement, and development of technology to practical operation, management, business activities of enterprises, innovation of business thinking, and practice of customer-centered thinking. Students apply technology knowledge to solve problems: forecasting trends and meeting market needs; building new value solutions for customers; improving and developing production and service processes; improving and innovating distribution channels and customer care; developing strategy, finance, resource management, and administration, etc. At the same time, students are provided with a platform to implement an application-oriented graduation project in the next semester. The rapid development of science and technology brings many opportunities for businesses to improve products and services to better meet increasingly stringent requirements from customers, as well as the trend of green and sustainable development in society. In this module, students will use data collection and analysis tools to grasp customer needs and market trends. Based on knowledge of technology and innovative thinking, they will build new value solutions for products and services, plan production and service processes, develop marketing and distribution strategies, develop standards and measurement tools, quality control, resource planning, risk response plans for businesses, etc. In addition, the module is also a platform to support learners in implementing application-oriented graduation projects.
