5. Course Objectives:

This course is designed to help students apply the knowledge they have learned to effectively identify, explore, describe, and address real-world issues in business operations. Students will be provided with the foundation, tools, and methods to describe, structure, and analyze problems, as well as develop ideas for solutions. This will enable them to develop comprehensive solutions for problem-solving, business improvement, and development.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This module is designed to help participants apply what they have learned to effectively grasp and understand, describe and solve problems in real business operations. Students are provided with the foundation, tools, methods to describe, structure and analyze problems, and build problem-solving ideas, thereby developing a complete set of solutions to solve problems, improve and develop businesses. In the practice of agencies and enterprises operating in the current economy, service and production process requirements are increasingly complicated, and customer quality requirements are increasingly strict. Enterprises are always under competitive pressure from competitors, so they must always find ways to promote their inherent advantages, apply new technologies, improve production and business processes, innovate products and services to retain and expand their customer base and expand their scale. In this module, participants will learn, describe and analyze the context of business operations as well as outstanding issues in terms of technology management. From there, analyze, build and perfect the set of solutions to solve problems effectively and scientifically.
