5. Course Objectives:
The main objective of the Applied Data Science course is to introduce the fundamental concepts of modern data science theory, specifically the theory related to the study of methods for extracting useful information and knowledge from data. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to understand and implement machine learning algorithms using the basic tools of the Python programming language. Students will also become familiar with the theoretical foundations and mathematical basis of the models.
