The course equips learners with knowledge about strategies and policies for economic development during the transition to socialism in Vietnam. Through studying advanced topics of Marxist-Leninist Political Economy, it helps students to improve their awareness and understanding of basic orientations and strategies for socio-economic development in the transitional period.
