6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge of leadership and digital transformation, including understanding leadership styles and their roles in organizations. Students will grasp the basic concepts of digital transformation along with modern technologies and trends. In addition, the course also focuses on developing essential leadership skills such as decision making, effective communication and team building. Students will learn how to manage and navigate the digital transformation process in an organization, while practicing strategic thinking to orient sustainable development. Finally, the course will increase awareness of the importance of ownership in leadership, helping students become competent leaders, ready to lead organizations in the current digital transformation context.
