6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The aim of this unit is to examine the theory and practice of how and why an organization behaves the way it does. The course analyzes the factors that cause certain behaviors within an organization and presents conceptual frameworks for the analysis of how such behaviors influence decision making and organizational effectiveness.
