Identify and explain the implications of strategic management decisions for the long-term success of organizations and their contribution to the environment and society Demonstrate the alignment of various strategies at corporate, functional, and business level contributes to achieving organizational objectives Critically analyze organizational environments and strategies using a range of strategic management techniques Apply business communication skills to discuss a wide range of strategic management concepts and the role of competitive advantage in organizations Developing skills for work autonomously and collaboratively to solve strategic management problems.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Strategic management focuses on the concept of strategic analysis, formulation, and implementation by exploring the functions and nature of general management. The course serves as an opportunity to develop skills for strategic thinking and analysis, leadership, communication, teamwork, and cross-functional integration. This course is taught primarily through the case-method and involves readings, lectures, videos, exercises, a simulation, and a live case exam.
