To contribute effectively to an organization, HR professionals need to excel in management, leadership, and personal and team development. The "Leadership and Organizational Behavior" course provides doctoral students with knowledge in management and leadership within organizations to create a competitive advantage. Additionally, the course combines theories and practical application through research models and case studies on leadership and management effectiveness, ensuring the development of both teams and business operations.

The course content focuses on core issues in human resource management, including: the nature and behavior of leadership, team leadership, effective communication and leading change, sustainability and organizational behavior, contemporary organizational systems, and case analysis.
