- Review theories related to the topic of strategic management proactively. - Evaluate research on strategic management. - Propose research directions on strategic management to ensure scientific and practical urgency.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Strategic Management course is designed to provide doctoral students with a comprehensive understanding of the development of strategic management theories. Throughout the course, students will be exposed to key research areas in strategic management, such as: strategy formulation and implementation, organizational innovation and learning, entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, the role of senior management in organizational strategy, resources and sustainable competitive advantage, dynamic competitive capabilities, corporate social responsibility, and global strategy.

Through this course, students will gain insights into the key pillars that have shaped strategic management theories to date. Additionally, students will be introduced to methods for exploring emerging research directions in strategic management, such as strategy in the context of new technologies and strategy in uncertain environments.

The approach in this course encourages students to actively explore knowledge by introducing research methods and tools, combined with qualitative group discussions in class. The expected outcome by the end of this course is that students will be able to write a comprehensive literature review on strategic management, identifying the core pillars that have shaped the field and the emerging research areas currently attracting attention in this domain.
