This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of sales management. Starting from foundational concepts, students will be trained in effective communication, negotiation skills, and professional sales team management. In addition, the course emphasizes the application of digital technologies in business, particularly in customer relationship management. Students will be equipped with the necessary tools and skills to succeed in the sales field.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course helps students gain basic and advanced knowledge of sales management and digital business. Students will learn how to recognize and take advantage of today's ever-changing market opportunities while effectively solving sales management problems with a diverse sales force and customer base. The subject also helps students improve communication skills, develop sensitivity and ethics in management and negotiation, problem solving, etc. improve planning, organizing, forecasting and planning skills. budgeting, recruiting and training as well as leading the sales force and evaluating their performance. In addition, students learn how to build long-term relationships and partnerships with potential customers, current customers and other stakeholders.
