6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course is divided into two main parts: inventory management and warehouse management. Part 1 provides understanding of inventory, classification, inventory costs, related modern technology knowledge. And methods of planning purchasing for effective inventory management. Part 2 provides information on the role of the warehouse, the warehouse manager (director), and operational processes in the warehouse. Organizing the supply of human resources for warehouse operations, calculating costs incurred in the warehouse, and analyzing the efficiency of the entire warehouse.
