5. Course Objectives:

The objective of this course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage and promote innovation in businesses. The course will help students master the basic concepts, models and processes of innovation management, thereby understanding how to manage and develop innovative ideas in businesses. Analysis and development of innovation strategies: Students will learn how to analyze the factors that promote innovation, identify opportunities, and choose the right innovation strategy for the organization, and develop innovation strategies in the business. Students will be equipped with the skills to plan, organize and implement innovation projects in businesses, as well as the ability to think creatively to design products that suit the needs of customers and the resources of the company. Students will also learn about global innovation systems.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Innovation Management course provides students with basic concepts and knowledge of innovation management, how to manage innovation in enterprises, as well as building an understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to this issue. Both large and small enterprises are faced with complex concepts and knowledge of innovation, which requires not only the formation of innovative ideas but also the management of innovative ideas. Students will also have access to knowledge of innovation systems at higher levels such as national or global levels. Therefore, this course, students learn about the innovation process, how to generate ideas and evaluate ideas. Through this, it provides methods and tools for research, development, and management of sustainable innovation.
