5. Course Objectives:
This course aims to provide students with general knowledge about the development of the valuation industry in the world and in Vietnam. At the same time, the course introduces students to the concepts of real estate valuation through the terminology and basic principles of the valuation industry, introducing approaches and methods of real estate valuation. Thereby, students apply valuation methods to determine the value of real estate as individual houses in Vietnam.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The aim of this course is to give learners an understanding of valuation development in the world, in general, and in Vietnam, in particular. This course also provides basic knowledge related to valuation such as the basis of value, economic principles to estimate asset value, approaches, methods, valuation procedure, international and Vietnamese valuation standards.
