By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Apply the concepts and terminology commonly used in international economics (assessed by reports);
- Explain the trend of globalisation and theories of international economics (assessed by the mid-term test);
- Identify economic integration, political, legal, and other environmental factors to compare national and regional economies throughout the world (assessed by the debates and assignment);
- Know the meaning and effect of trade policies and an introduction of international finance (assessed by the final exam).
