This module provides basic knowledge about public finance. Thereby, this module will help students initially form the ability to think systematically and critically in analyzing, synthesizing, and evaluating issues in public finance; evaluate the effectiveness of tax policies and apply the principles of state budget management in economic decision-making.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course provides the basic knowledge of public finance such as: Public sector; market failures and government roles, efficiency and equity theory; public goods and public spending; analysis of public project benefits and costs; tax theory and effective and optimal tax analysis framework; State budget and budget deficit financing.
