5. Course Objectives:

The module "Public Administration" is designed to equip students of Public Administration with theoretical and practical knowledge about the organization, management and operation of public administration. Students will understand the mechanisms, processes and factors related to public service administrative activities, thereby developing modern management thinking, the ability to analyze and propose solutions to improve the civil service system. In addition, the module also aims to improve the sense of responsibility, professional ethics and the spirit of reform in order to build an effective public administration, meet the requirements of integration and sustainable development.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Public service is an important element of national administration, is a field of public activity, that is, associated with state power, specifically the executive branch. Public administration is the work through the tasks and powers of state administrative agencies, administrative civil servants associated with the processes (orders and procedures) prescribed by law. Public administration activities are decisive to the effectiveness and efficiency of the national administration. In other words, the public administration regime is the concretization of executive power in the fields of socio-economic life towards concretizing the rights of the State and people in the field of administrative management. thereby contributing to the national socio-economic development.
