5. Course Objectives:
Provide knowledge of competition law and policy in Vietnam and internationally. Understand the regulations on anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, monopoly, control of economic concentration and unfair competition practices under the Vietnam Competition Law. Master the litigation process and procedures for resolving competition cases, from investigation to dispute settlement, helping students apply theory to practice in protecting competition in the market.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The Competition Law course includes three main pillars: (1) Research on the regulation that control anti-competitive behavior in the form of: anti-competitive agreements, abuse of market dominance, monopoly and economic concentration (2) Research on the regulation against unfair competition (3) Exploring the competition proceedings.
