Knowledge: equips students with general knowledge of Vietnamese Civil Law. Understand the legal contents related to personal relations and property relations.
Operational skills: students have the skills to read, understand and apply civil law regulations to solve practical arising situations related to the subject of civil legal relations.
Thinking requirements: improve research skills and legal thinking, presentation ability and group activities.
Attitude and behavior: know how to implement the law and raise legal awareness when solving civil problems.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The subject equips legal knowledge with the contents of the foundations of private law; the same content on property rights and civil transactions; an overview of obligations, grounds for arising obligations and the ability to circulate obligations; the issue of ensuring the performance of obligations; general issues of contracts and common civil contracts and regulations on civil liability, including liability for breach of obligations and liability for compensation for non-contractual damages. After the program, learners are properly aware of the method of regulating civil relations, the role of civil law in ensuring human rights, right, shaping institutions and policies for development.
