5. Course Objectives:

The course on Administrative Law provides both basic and advanced knowledge of the legal system in state administrative management, helping students develop the necessary skills to participate in administrative work. Specifically, after completing the course, students will: Master the concepts, roles, and powers of agencies and entities in Administrative Law, as well as the relationships between state administrative agencies. Develop the ability to analyze and apply administrative law in practice, particularly in carrying out administrative management, administrative procedures, and administrative decisions. Enhance research, critical thinking, and the ability to assess administrative management issues, leading to solutions to address practical limitations. Improve communication, teamwork, presentation, and organization skills in a public service environment. Develop a sense of autonomy, responsibility, and the ability to apply knowledge to real-world work, while also expressing their views on administrative issues in Vietnam.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Administrative law is a specialized legal science, providing basic knowledge about administrative law; state administrative management; administrative violations, handling of administrative violations and measures to inspect and supervise state administrative management activities. This knowledge is necessary for the formulation, implementation and improvement of laws in state administrative management; ensure effective management and actively protect the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations in state administrative management. At the same time, the Administrative Law module also provides basic knowledge for the study of other specialized legal sciences such as: Inspection and settlement of complaints and denunciations; the Law on Administrative Procedures; developing legal documents; land law; financial law; labor law; environmental law; Marriage and Family Law.
