Marriage and Family Law is a course that helps to equip students with legal knowledge on marriage and family including the theoretical bases and basic principles of Vietnam's Marriage and Family Law; Legal relations Marriage and family; The development of Vietnam's Law on Marriage and Family; Get married; Spousal relationship; Parent-child relationship; Support relationship; Termination of marriage; Marriage and family relations with foreign elements.
About knowledge: Help students realize the position of the Law on Marriage and Family in the Vietnamese legal system; identify marriage and family relations with other legal relationships in the Vietnamese legal system; Know the regulations on marriage, divorce, adoption.
About skills: The subject provides students with the skills to apply knowledge of marriage and family law into practice in recognizing illegal marriage, handling personal and property relations in matters of law. settle illegal divorce or marriage annulment; counseling on identifying direct child custodians and alimony.
