5. Course Objectives:

The module "Law on Complaints and Denunciations" is designed to equip students of Public Administration with theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the right to complain and denounce of individuals and organizations in relation to state administrative agencies. The module aims to help students be aware of the role of the Law on Complaints and Denunciations in ensuring human rights, citizens' rights and implementing the accountability of state agencies. Students will develop the ability to analyze, solve arising legal issues and apply legal regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens in administrative practice.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The module "Law on Complaints and Denunciations" studies legal issues on the right to complain and denounce, including: the concept, characteristics, rights and obligations of complainants and denunciators; legal mechanisms and procedures for settling complaints and denunciations against administrative decisions, administrative acts, and disciplinary decisions. The content of the module also delves into measures to ensure the implementation of the right to complain and denounce and analyzes the practice of solving relevant issues in Vietnam. Through the module, students are trained in legal skills, analytical thinking and a sense of responsibility in handling public administration issues.
