5. Course Objectives:
Students will master both basic and advanced knowledge of intellectual property law, including the types of intellectual property, the protection of intellectual property rights, and the valuation of intellectual assets.
Students will develop practical legal skills in the field of intellectual property, with the ability to think critically, analyze legal situations, and work effectively in law firms specializing in intellectual property.
Students will have the ability to start their own ventures in the field of intellectual property, negotiate, draft, and conclude contracts related to intellectual property, as well as provide legislative recommendations to improve the intellectual property legal system.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course is designed to provide students with a full understanding of the regulations related to the protection of IP rights and effectively exploiting these assets. The main subjects include: (i) copyright and related rights, (ii) industrial property rights, (iii) plant variety rights, (iv) pricing and commercialization of intellectual property, (v) protection IP rights and (vi) dispute resolution.
