Administrative procedural law is a subject that studies legal science issues related to: basic principles in administrative proceedings; tasks, powers and responsibilities of procedure-conducting agencies and persons; rights and obligations of procedure participants, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals; order and procedures for initiating lawsuits, settling administrative cases, executing administrative judgments and settling complaints and denunciations in administrative procedures.
Through the course of Administrative Procedure Law, it helps students gain the feeling and tools to protect justice, human rights, civil rights, socialist regime, and interests. of the State, the lawful rights and interests of agencies, organizations and individuals; educate people to strictly abide by the law; ensure the stability, transparency and effectiveness of the national administration.
