This subject provides learners with legal knowledge on notarization and authentication and Bailiff such as: organization of notarial and Bailiff practice; legal standards on notaries and Bailiff; notarization and authentication activities; State management of notarization and authentication; general procedures for notarization and authentication of contracts, transactions and handling of violations in the process of notarization, authentication and and Bailiff.
