The objective of the course Human Resource Management of Public Organizations is to help learners master the basic knowledge of human resource management activities in the context of public and non-profit organizations. Learners can understand and apply employee management activities including attracting, training & development, and retention functional groups for groups of employees who are civil servants and volunteers.

The Human resource management for public organizations course equips the learner with knowledge about human management in the public sector. The contents include Overview of Human resource management in the public sector; Human resource planning; Job analysis; Recruitment and Selection; Training and Development; Performance management; Compensation & Benefits; Labor-Management relation; and Volunteers in the public and nonprofit sector.
