This subject studies the concept and main contents of national governance from central to local. Students will equip and discuss the concepts, requirements, components of state governance and measure the quality of state governance, contemporary challenges to the state governance process and the orientation of change. On the basis of basic knowledge, issues on the apparatus, organization of government, decentralization, gender and social equality, and resource management of the government from the central to local levels to ensure the objectives of state governance will be presented. Finally, students will be approached and equipped with content related to the interaction between people, businesses and the government, thereby promoting the improvement of the quality of state governance. Each topic is a combination of traditional lectures, discussions, group study case studies and independent research topics. Students must read the material for each lecture to support listening and communication.
